Sunshine Salad

Ingredients

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 small box instant lemon pudding
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained (use some of this liquid, if the salad appears dry after everything is mixed together)
1/2 cup tiny marshmallows
1 cup coconut
1 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed


Instructions

Combine crushed pineapple with juice with the dry pudding mix, mix well. Add remaining ingredients, stir lightly until mixed. Chill at least 2 hours. Serves 8 to 12.
