1 Head cabbage(savoy if available)
1 large can white beans
two heads garlic
crushed red pepper
Core and cut cabbage into bite sized pieces. Drop into boiling water until cabbage is slightly softened. Start about a tablespoon of olive oil in skillet and add diced garlic. Drain cabbage and add to pan with garlic. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper to the pan. Add 1 and 1/2 cup chicken stock and warm through. It is ready to serve.
