Ingredients
Ingredients:
10 Fresh Ears of Corn, Shucked. Cooked and off the Cob
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Milk
2 tbls Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Accent Seasoning (Seasoning Salt)
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme
4 oz Unsalted Butter
2 tbls Flour
Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients.
2. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
3. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes
4. In a separate pan. Melt the butter until it pops, then stir in the flour
5. Add the butter and flour mixture to the simmering corn. Stirring Occasionally
6. Serve Warm
