Corn and Cream

Fresh and Comforting, like no creamed corn you have ever had. Many have been converted into liking creamed corn with this dish"


10 Fresh Ears of Corn, Shucked. Cooked and off the Cob
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Milk
2 tbls Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Accent Seasoning (Seasoning Salt)
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme
4 oz Unsalted Butter
2 tbls Flour


1. In a large saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients.
2. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
3. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes
4. In a separate pan. Melt the butter until it pops, then stir in the flour
5. Add the butter and flour mixture to the simmering corn. Stirring Occasionally
6. Serve Warm
