Pineapple Casserole

This is a family favorite at Easter. It goes well with ham or with any meal. Whenever I fix this everyone wants the recipe. I needed to share this wonderful recipe with you. It's easy too!"
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
6 Tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar
2 (20 ounce) cans pineapple chunks drained, reserve 6 tablespoons juice
1 cup cracker crumbs-Ritz
8 tablespoons butter (one stick) melted, plus extra for greasing pan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a medium-size casserole dish. In large bowl, stir together sugar and flour. Gradually stir in the cheese. Add drained pineapple. Stir well. Pour mixture into the greased casserole dish.
In another bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter, and reserved juice. stir until blended.
Spread on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
