Grilled Corn on the CobCuisinart Original Recipe
4 small ears fresh corn
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Fit the Cuisinart® Griddler® Combo with the grill plates and preheat both to high.
Brush each ear of corn with softened butter; sprinkle with pepper.
Once the grill is preheated, evenly place the corn on the grill plates. Grill corn, turning every 3 to 3½ minutes, for 20 to 22 minutes in total, being sure that each side of the corn is grilled.
