Company Mashed Potatoes

Easy make ahead mashed potatoes. Just heat and serve on the day of your event!"


5 lbs potatoes
6 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste


Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients.
Will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
To reheat: Microwave for 10 minutes at 50%. Stir at half point. Heat additionally at 5 minute increments until desired temperature.
