Broccoli Rice Cassarole


1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped mushrooms, fresh
1 cup white rice, cooked
1 small jar cheese wiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
20 oz chopped broccoli


Melt butter in large pan and add onions and celery. Sauté until onions are clear. Add mushrooms and let cook until tender. Add in soup and cheese wiz and let simmer until all ingredients are mixed well. Add broccoli and mix again. Bake in casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350.
