Ingredients

1 bag thawed frozen potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small bag of cheddar cheese
white pepper--season to taste

Instructions

preheat oven to 350
spray 13x9 baking pan
mix all the ingrediants together all but about 1/3 cup of cheese. Top the mix with remaining cheese. Pour into baking pan and bake for 1/2 hour or until the dish is bubbling and cheese is melted on top.
