Ingredients
1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 box corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Spray a 13x9 baking dish. Pour mix into baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
May serve with sour cream or alone.
