Corn Casserole
Easy side dish"

Ingredients

CORN CASSEROLE

1 can (16 oz.) cream style corn
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. corn bread mix (Jiffy)
1/4 c. water
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten

Shredded Cheese for topping


Instructions

Combine all ingredients and turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle Shredded Cheese on Top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
Serves 6.
