Praline Sweet Potatoes


3 Eggs
1 Large Can Sweet Potatoes
1/4 Cup Butter, Softened
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar

1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans


Cream together the eggs and butter.

Drain and mash sweet potatoes.

Stir in the vanilla, sugar, potatoes, and pecans.

Put mixture into buttered casserole dish.

Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
