1 box of saltine crackers,
2 large onions diced
4 stalks of celery diced
2 cloves of garlic diced
1 stick of smart balance butter
1/4 cup of flax seeds
optional nuts of choice
Wet the saltines and put into a bowl
Sauté the onions for about 10 minutes or more if you like the onion darker and celery and cook 5 minutes and then add the garlic and cook until golden brown.
Add the flax seeds and nuts
Put into a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes..yummmmy
