Ingredients
8 eggs
½ c half/half
¼ c. Bisquick or whole wheat flour of choice
½ c. Parmesan Cheese
onions *optional
Instructions
Shred zucchini with Cuisinart's food processor, mix all ingredients together. Heat skillet with oil, brown on both sides. Make sure middle is cooked. Let cool or serve hot.
