Chicken Salad

It takes about 10 minutes to get it ready.
You can replace the chicken for eggs, or use your turkey or pork leftovers from those yummy holidays."


1 Chopped (Boiled) Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Chopped Celery
Dash of Paprika
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper


Mix all ingredients and enjoy it as a dip or on bread or toast to have a tasty lunch.
