Bean based burrito with avocado"

Ingredients

1 15 oz can Pinto Beans
2 ripe Haas Avocados
1 cup Salsa
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 large flour tortillas


Instructions

Place beans, avocados, cheese & salsa in a Cuisinart Food Processor & process until well blended. Divide this among the tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in 350F oven.
