Seafood Pasta Salad

Cold seafood pasta salad.

This dish is great on a hot day as a light meal, or any time of year that you want a cold side dish or need to take a dish to a party.


1-1/2 cups ditali noodles (dry measure)
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon yellow prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. imitation crab meat - cut up
1 cup cooked salad shrimp
3 or 4 radishes, sliced
1 stalk of celery, thinly sliced/diced
1/2 red sweet bell pepper, diced
3 to 4 hard boiled eggs, cooled and chopped
2 to 3 green onions (scallions), sliced. Reserve some of the green tops for garnish.
Paprika for garnish


Combine all ingredients, except noodles.
Boil the ditali noodles al dente and cool down under cold running water. Drain the noodles well and combine with the other ingredients.
Sprinkle paprika on top for a little color and garnish with the reserved green onions.
