5 CLOVES GARLIC (WHOLE)
2 TBP OIL OF CHOICE
1 C. LONG GRAIN RICE
1 8OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1 1/2 C. CHICKEN BROTH
CILANTRO


Instructions

PUT OIL IN LARGE FRYING PAN WITH GARLIC ON MEDUIM -LOW HEAT UNTIL FRAGRANT AND OIL IS FAVORFUL, ABOUT 5 MINUTES. DISCARD GARLIC BUT NOT NECESSARY. BROWN THE RICE. ADD THE CHICKEN BROTH AND TOMATO SAUCE, BRING TO A BOIL. TURN HEAT TO LOW AND SPRINKLE WITH CILANTRO. COVER AND COOK FOR 20 MINUTES. CAN BE DOUBLED.
