Corn PuddingUser Submitted Recipe
1 stick of melted butter or margarine
8 oz. of sour cream
1 can of cream corn
1 can of whole kernel corn with juice
1 package of corn bread mix
In large bowl, melt butter. Add sour cream and mix together. Add cream corn and whole kernel corn with juice and mix. Add the package of corn bread mix and stir together until mixed well. Pour into casserole dish
and bake at 375 until slightly golden on top. Serve hot.
