Artichoke CasseroleUser Submitted Recipe
3 cans of Quartered Artichoke Hearts (in water)
2 small cans of Mushrooms (stems & pieces)
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup of grated cheese
Garlic powder (I use a good amount)
Crushed red pepper (as hot as you like)
Seasoned bread crumbs (approximately 1 cup – adjust as necessary)
Olive Oil (approximately ½ cup – adjust as necessary)
Add 1st three ingredients to an 8 x 10 aluminum pan.
Then sprinkle the next four ingredients evenly.
Then add bread crumb and oil and mix until it looks like a stuffing. You may need to add a little more oil or bread crumb depending on consistency.
Then add more shredded cheese to the top after mixing.
Bake on 400 degrees covered for about ½ hour, then uncover and bake an additional 10/15 minutes until golden brown.
