Bourbon cider mop sauce

Ingredients

6 tablespoons of butter


1 1/2 cups of apple cider


1/3 cup of brown sugar


1/2 teaspoon of black pepper


1/2 cup of bourbon


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan on medium (just below a boil) heat. Allow to thicken a bit then use on anything you put on the grill.
