Warm Peach CompoteCuisinart Original Recipe
¼ cup water
1 pound (about 3 to 4 small to medium) peaches, cut into ½-inch dice
3 tablespoons honey
pinch sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup walnut pieces
Put ingredients into the blender jar in order listed. Cover, with the measuring cup removed. Set timer for 20 minutes and temperature on Medium. Once heated, stir every few minutes to mix. For a smoother compote, blend on speed 1 until desired consistency. Serve warm or chilled.
