Carrot and Apple Slaw With Dates


1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Tsp dried mint
1/4 Tsp salt
1 bag carrots (16 oz), shredded
2 Granny smith Apples, peeled, cored, and shredded
1/3 Cup chopped pitted dates
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley


- Prepare dressing: In Large bowl, stir lemon juice, honey, mint, and salt until combined.

-Add carrots, Apples, Dates, and Parsley to dressing in bowl; toss to mix well.
