White BBQ ChickenUser Submitted Recipe
2 c. vegatable oil
2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. fresh sage minced
3 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1/2 cup salt
Any cut chicken pieces you like. Amount can vary based on number of people you are serving up to 12 servings.
Legs, breasts, thighs, wings, etc all on bone with skin work the best.
Add oil, vinegar, salt and seasonings to a blender and mix thoroughly.
Add eggs one at a time and pulse until incorporated. Sauce may foam up a little.
Let rest in refrigerator for about 15 to twenty minutes while preparing chicken.
Wash and trim chicken as desired and place in a container that will allow for all chicken to be covered with marinade. Chicken with the bones and skin is best for this recipe.
Let chicken marinate for at least 4 hours but overnight is best.
Use your favorite grilling method for cooking.
