Orange-Ginger-Soy Marinade

This works well with most meats, especially pork and chicken. "

Ingredients

3 cups orange juice
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1½ tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 ounces fresh peeled ginger, cut into ½-inch pieces
6 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1∕3 cup fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons honey


Instructions

Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the jar of your Cuisinart® PowerEdge® 1000 Watt Blender. Run on High for 45 seconds.
