Jalapeno ChowChowUser Submitted Recipe
2 cups jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together in large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Ladle into pint canning jars while still mixture is hot. Place canning lids and rings on jars. Let cook and be sure jars are sealed.
