Horseradish Root


Instructions

Soak root in water to remove all dirt & mud. Peel all skin from root. Using grater disk push root through feeder tube. Empty bowl & insert blade. Pulse and chop shredded root. Add dash of white vinegar, salt and 1 medium red beet. Pack in air tight container & enjoy.
