Shirley's Salad Dressing

Pair with seafood and Green Wines
Salad Dressing or Dip"


1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup White Vinegar
1 1/2 cup of Crisco vegetable oil
1 Tbl spoon of Celery Seeds
1 Tea spoon of Ground Black Pepper
1 3/4 cup of low fat Mayonnaise
1/4 cup French's Prepared Mustard


Combine all ingredients in Blender starting with low speed for sugar, vinegar and oil until blended and add remaining ingredients and mix at high speed for about 2-3 minutes thoroughly blended. Can be served with many types of salads from seafood to simple greens. Can also be used as a vegetable dip and kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
