Mint-yogurt dip
User Submitted Recipe

"
Ingredients
Yogurt - 1 cup Non-fat
Mint Leaves - 5/6 stems or a bunch of twenty leaves
Cucumber - finely chopped cubes
Salt - little, about quarter tsp or whatever suits your taste buds
Black pepper - little, about quarter tsp or whatever suits your taste buds
water - quarter of a cup
Instructions
Blend the yogurt, mint leaves, water, salt and pepper for about a minute or so until the leaves have all been blended and a beautiful and smooth light green color emerges. add the chopped cubes of cucumber, just to make the dip a bit choppy...not too many cucumbers though as that will make the dip too watery...the dip is ready now, spread it on your favourite salad as a dressing or with nachos as a dip.
