Raspberry Dijon Viniagrette

Raspberry Dijon Vinaigrette


2 tablespoons raspberry or other fruit flavored vinegar (pear)
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until completely emulsified. (This may also be done in a food processor or mini food processor.)
