Avocado Salad Dressing

“ Move over Ranch Dressing! This one will become your new favorite."

Ingredients

1/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup light sour cream
1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
1 avocado, diced
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 tablespoon cumin


Instructions

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or a blender. Process on high until blended. Makes 2 cups. Serving = 2 tablespoons
