Ginger Dressing or Ginger Sesame Dipping Sauce
User Submitted Recipe
“
A delicious version of the style of ginger dressing many enjoy when dining out at Asain restaurants on their salad. So easy to prepare! Can be used as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, or add peanut butter or tahini for a creamier version."
Ingredients
2-3 radishes or 1 2" piece of daikon radish
1/4 of a medium onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 of a medium sized carrot
2 tbs of rice wine vinegar
4 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tbs agave nectar (ok to sub sugar or honey)
1 tbs soy sauce (or braggs liquid aminos)
1 tbs sesame oil
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2" piece of fresh ginger roo
Instructions
Place radish, onion, garlic, and carrot in the work bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add to all other ingredients and process with Stand mixer until fairly smooth (about one minute). Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Will store well for 3-5 days in a covered container in the refrigerator. (If it lasts that long!)
