My Thai Dressing

“ I just happened on this by looking in the fridge and pantry for something to dress our cool summer salad. With temps in the 100's, salad is welcome addition to grilled meat!"

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
10 basil leaves
pinch kosher salt
juice of 1 lime
2T sweet chili sauce
1&1/2T soy sauce
1T peanut butter
2T diced onion
1/2C olive oil


Instructions

add first 3 ingredients to processor
pulse 'til fine
add remaining ingredients and process 'til smooth
