2-16oz.jars of your favorite salsa
1-8oz. philadelphia cream cheese(room temp.)
Pour the salsa into a bowl.
Next, rough chop the cream cheese and add to salsa.
5 to 8 min. in the microwave, maybe longer, until melted. Stir a couple of times while in micro
Note: This freezes well. Can add extra jalapeno chopped peppers for more kick. I have even added a can of rotel.
