Fresh Summer Spaghetti

Your new favorite summer cold recipe!
This is the perfect fresh pasta for a hot summer day!"


210gr Spaghetti
2 yellow pepper
2 red pepper
5 lemons
3 cloves of garlic
10 black olives
10 basil leaves
oil & salt


Put the water to boil.

When it boils add a tablespoon of salt, and then the spaghetti.

Cook the spaghetti only half-way throught.

Meanwhile cut the peppers in tiny pieces.

Put the basil and garlic in a food processor and add a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Squeeze the rest of the lemons. Put the lemon juice in a bowl, add the peppers, basil, garlic, add the half-way cooked spaghetti.

Add the black olives, salt and 2 table spoon of oil.

Mix nicely and let it rest in the fridge for 3 hours.

The spaghetti will get soft in the lemon juice.

Serve cold.
