CREAMY PASTAUser Submitted Recipe
1 package pasta
1 pound ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
3 Table spoons flower
5 table spoons corn oil, 1 egg, bread crumb, 1 onion, salt and pepper
1 table spoon butter melted
one cup milk
2 cups chicken broth
3 cubes chicken bouillon.
1- Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain and mix it with the tomato sauce.
To cook the beef:
chop the onion and brown it with one spoon of oil
add beef, salt, pepper.
cover until cooked.
To prepare the creamy sauce:
In an sauce pan put 3 spoons of oil
Add the flower and stir until turns golden color.
Add the chicken broth gradually and stir quickly (the sauce now is getting thich)
Keep adding the broth and then the milk and the chicken bouillon. Turn off the heat.(the sauce shouldn't be too thich, you can add 1/2 cup of water to thinner the sauce)
Add salt and pepper and let the sauce cool down.
add the egg and stir.
To put together:
In an 16' pan, spread one spoon oil and spread about 1/4 of the sauce in the bottom of the pan.
Put 1/2 of the pasta.
spresd the cooked ground beef.
Cover the beef wth the remaining 1/2 of the pasta
Spread the rest of the sauce on the top of the pasta.
sprinkle the top with bread crumb and the melted spoon of butter.
Put the pan in a preheated oven (400)for 1/2 an hour. Then broil the top for 5 minutes.
