Provolone, Salami & Tomato Mac And CheeseUser Submitted Recipe
8 ounces elbow macaroni
4 cups Mozzarella & Provolone cheese blend
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped ripe tomatoes, seeds removed
1/2 cup chopped deli sliced salami
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tomato wedges for garnish
1. Place rack in middle of oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In large saucepan, cook macaroni in boiling water according to package directions. Drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream tomatoes, salami, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 minute to 1 hour or until lightly browned around edges. Garnish with tomato wedges. Enjoy!
