Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese

1 roasted butternut squash

1 box elbow pasta

2 Tbsp butter

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese + 1/2 cup to top casserole

1/3 cup cream

2 chipotle peppers and sauce

salt and pepper to taste


Blend all but pasta in food processor. Once blended, mix with cooked pasta, pour into prepared dish and finish with 1/2 cup of cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until bubbling.
