Autumn Macaroni Salad

Heartier version of our family recipe


1 lb whole grain blend macaroni, cooked, drained, rinsed in cool water
2 6 oz cans tuna, drained
2 hard boiled eggs, cooled and diced
1/4 C diced green bell pepper
1/4 C diced celery
1/2 C sliced dill pickle
1/4 C diced onion
3/4 C mayonnaise
1 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher or sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp dried or
1 Tbsp fresh parsley


Mix all ingredients until well combined. Chill at least one hour. Sprinkle paprika on top generously before serving.
