Smoked Salmon Bow Tie Pasta


1/2 cup Pure Canola Oil
4 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound uncooked bow tie pasta
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 pound sliced smoked salmon
Salt and pepper
Thin lemon slices for garnish


Heat oil in a skillet over low heat; add garlic and onion, cook until soft then set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well. Add garlic and onion mixture; mix well. Add lemon juice, green onions, parsley and salmon; mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
