Lemon Dill Homemade Pasta


3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. water
8 drops concentrated lemon essence oil
5 drops concentrated dill essence oil
Note: this recipe can be changed using different oil flavorings, such as thyme, rosemary, oregano, etc.


Mix all wet ingredients, lighting beating them with your stand mixer. Using dough kneader device, slowly add flour to wet ingredients and knead until forms a ball. Remove and let rest, covered, for 30 minutes.
Attach pasta maker onto mixer. Cut doubt into four sections, lightly flouring each section. Flatten out by hand or with a rolling pin and run through the pasta maker to desired thinness. Boil in seasoned water for 2 minutes.
