Tomato Shrimp

Tomatoes, shrimp, and pasta"


4 strips bacon
4 servings of linguini
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1/2 pound pre-cook deveined peeled shrimp
2 tablespoons zesty italian dressing


cut the tomatoes in half top to bottom
remove tail ends from shrimp
boil pasta
panfry bacon
remove bacon from pan
add zesty italian dressing to bacon grease
sauté shrimp in pan with dressing/grease mixture
when shrimp are just about finished add tomatoes
sauté until tomatoes just get warm
crumble bacon strips over tomatoes and shrimp
serve tomatoes and shrimp over pasta
