Chicken Alfredo LasagnaUser Submitted Recipe
8 grilled chicken breasts
8 oz mozzarella cheese
4 oz parmesan cheese
4 oz asiago cheese
4oz Romano cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
Clove of garlic
Quart of whole milk
Grill chicken breasts till done and set aside.
In sauce pan melt butter and add flour to form rue. Cook for a few minutes and add milk and whisk till thickened and smooth.
Layer in a 9x13 pan first a bit of the sauce then a layer of pasta, a bit more sauce, chicken that has been chopped, and a bit of each of the cheeses as well as the fresh herbs.
Continue layers till pan is full.
Top with remaining cheeses and herbs and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Take out and let rest for 15 min before serving
