Sweet Potato Pie

“ This is a long time family favorite pie."

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
4 oz. melted butter
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pie crust


Instructions

Whisk together sugar, milk and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in salt, potatoes, and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 350 until firm in the center.
