Pistachio Quick Bread


1 yellow cake mix (no pudding)
1 pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoons water
3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
1/2 cup nuts
1/4 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon to your taste


Mix dry cake mix and dry pudding together. Add rest of ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon. Grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle some of the cinnamon mix over side and bottoms. Put dough in pans and sprinkle rest of sugar mix on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator for two days before serving. It freezes well.
