Pea Salad


Grandma's
Drain juice from both cans of peas. Add mayonnaise, mustard, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Add cheese and pimentos to mixture. If you want heat, you can add either red pepper or cayenne."

Ingredients

2 cans of tiny peas
2 tbs green & white onions
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1 tsp mustard
2 tbs mayonnaise
2 tsp pimentos
salt
pepper
garlic
optional: red pepper or cayenne


Instructions

Chill 2 cans of peas overnight. Cheddar cheese needs to be small tiny cubes.
