Lemon-Lime Pineapple Mold

Cool refreshing mold that seems to go well with the Easter holiday"

Ingredients

2 pkg lime jello
1 pkg lemon jello
3 cups boiling water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can 1lb14oz crushed pineapple
1 cup evaporated milk
1 lm sm curd cottage cheese
1 cup chopped nuts


Instructions

Put jello in lg bowl. Add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Blend mayonnaise and evap milk til smooth and add to the jello mixture. Add crushed pineapple. Chill til slightly thickened and add cottage cheese and nuts. Pour into large cold or Bundt pan. Refrigerate overnight. Dip pan in hot water for short while to just loosen mold. Turn out onto serving dish.
