Shortbread Cookies


1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped


Cream butter and sugar. Measure sifted flour, sift again and add to butter mixture. Blend in nuts. Chill in refrigerator one hour. Shape into round balls about the size of a walnut.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 300°
20 minutes.
