Fresh Cranberry Relish

Delicious fresh chunky relish the whole family can enjoy. You'll never go back to canned relish after tasting this fresh fruit relish."
Ingredients
2 lbs. Fresh Cranberries, Whole
1 Apple, seeded (Red or Green)
1 Orange, peeled and seeded
1/2 Orange seeded
1/2 Lemon with peel and seeded
1/2 Lime with peel and seeded
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 c. of sugar
1/4 c. of Orange Curacau
Optional: 1/2 c. Pecans, Walnuts or Almonds
Instructions
Wash all fruit and berries. Pick through cranberries, seed apples, oranges and lemons. Grind or chop in food processor or meat grinder. If using a meat grinder, catch excess juice and save. You want a chunky consistency. Mix Orange Curacau, excess juice and sugar thoroughly. Combine all ingredients in bowl mixing thoroughly. If adding nuts, add before serving. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving. Can be stored refrigerated for 1 week.
