Ingredients

2 Recipes of cornbread
1 cup chopped green onions
2 cups chopped celery
1 peeled apple grated
6 eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sugar
5 slices light bread cubed
Chicken broth

Instructions

Sauté onions and celery. Add to crumbled cornbread. Add remaining ingredients, using enough chicken broth to moisten the dressing (not mushy). Pack loosely in casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
