Terrifying Tarantulas

Marshmallow "Spiders" with Red Hots for eyes, Candy Corn for fangs, and fuzzy chocolate pretzel sticks for legs."

Ingredients

1 bag Jet Puff large marshmallows
1 lb. melting chocolate of choice
1 box Red Hots candies
1 bag Candy Corn
1 bag thin pretzel sticks
Cooking spray


Instructions

Using a fine grater, grate 1 square of the melting chocolate onto a piece of waxed paper large enough to spread out the grated chocolate. Set aside.
Using a handful at a time, spread the pretzel sticks on another sheet of waxed paper. While gently rolling them around, LIGHTLY spray with cooking spray. Carefully roll pretzels in grated chocolate, and return to waxed paper. When all are done, set aside. These are the fuzzy spider legs.
Melt the chocolate according to package directions. While still warm, but not hot, dip the marshmallows in chocolate, and set on sprayed waxed paper. Before the chocolate sets up on the marshmallow, stick on 2 Red Hots for the eyes and 2 Candy Corn pieces, points down, for the fangs. Insert 8 pretzel "legs" in each "spider", being creative by standing some, etc.
When all are complete, let set in cool place to set up.
Store in airtight container.
